How Do Pre-Orders Work?

Our pre-order system allows you to reserve upcoming products before they arrive. Please read the information below carefully before placing a pre-order, as it explains how payments, shipping, and fulfillment work.

Payment

Our payment requirements depend on the price of the item:

Products priced under $50 require full payment at checkout.
Products priced at $50 or more require a 25% deposit at checkout. The remaining balance will be invoiced once the product is in stock and ready to ship.

For items requiring a deposit, we will send you a final invoice when your order is ready. The remaining balance must be paid before your order can be shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is not charged at checkout for pre-order items.

Once your order has arrived, been packed, and is ready for shipment, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. A separate shipping invoice will then be sent to you.

Your order will not ship until all outstanding balances, including any remaining product balance and shipping charges, have been paid in full.

In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately by default.

Your in-stock items will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, while your pre-order items will ship once they become available and all outstanding balances have been paid.

If you would prefer for your in-stock items to be held and shipped together with your pre-order items, please contact us through our Contact Form after placing your order. We will gladly combine your shipment whenever possible. Please note that combining orders may result in additional wait times, as your order will be held until all items are available.

Deposits

For products requiring a deposit, your 25% deposit becomes non-refundable once we have confirmed and secured your order with our distributor.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to supplier cancellation, allocation issues, or any other reason beyond our control, any deposit or payment you have made will be refunded in full.

Release Dates

Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change. Delays are common within the collectibles industry and are outside of our control. We will ship your order as soon as inventory arrives and all outstanding balances have been paid.

Order Cancellations

Because pre-order inventory is ordered specifically to fulfill customer orders:

Orders for products under $50 that are paid in full are generally not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.
Deposits for products priced at $50 or more are non-refundable after your order has been secured with our distributor.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, any payments made will be refunded in full.

How Do Order Reservations Work?

Order Reservations are available on select products and allow us to order inventory specifically for customers before our reservation deadline. This system helps us reduce excess inventory while giving customers the opportunity to reserve items that may otherwise sell out.

How It Works

Place an Order Reservation before the listed reservation deadline.
A 25% deposit is required at checkout to reserve your item.
After your reservation is placed, we submit an order with our distributor specifically to fulfill your reservation.
Once our distributor confirms the order, your reservation is secured.
When the product arrives and is ready to ship, we will send you a final invoice for:The remaining 75% of the product price.The shipping cost for your order.
Your order will ship after the final invoice has been paid.

Deposit Policy

The 25% reservation deposit is refundable only if we are unable to fulfill your reservation. This may occur if our distributor cannot supply the product, the item is canceled, or we receive insufficient allocation.

Once your reservation has been confirmed with our distributor, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as the product has been ordered specifically on your behalf.

Reservation Deadlines

Some Order Reservations are only available until a posted deadline. After the reservation period ends, we submit our orders to the distributor and may no longer be able to accept additional reservations.

Submitting an Order Reservation before the deadline greatly improves the likelihood of securing your item, but availability is ultimately subject to distributor confirmation and allocation.

Why We Offer Order Reservations

Our Order Reservation system allows us to purchase inventory based on actual customer demand rather than estimating quantities months in advance. This helps us keep prices competitive, reduce unnecessary overstock, and continue offering a wider selection of figures while ensuring reserved items are ordered specifically for the customers who requested them.

Due to the nature of prize figures and their distribution process, figure boxes may have minor cosmetic imperfections, including small dents, creases, scuffs, scratches, corner wear, or minor tears.

While we carefully inspect and package all items before shipment, minor packaging imperfections are considered normal and do not affect the figure itself. Unless otherwise noted in the product listing, box condition is not guaranteed to be collector-grade, and minor box wear is not considered a defect eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and promotional materials.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Clearance, sale, or final sale items
Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Hello everyone this is a personal post, on Sunday morning my dog Athena our mascot had what's called a facial focal seizure and was rushed to the emergency vet and was treated and sent home, then Monday night she had more seizures and was once again rushed to the ER. They are currently treating her in hopes the seizures will stop however if they don't we will be moving forward with End of Life services.
